I would like to thank all of you for the excellent care you gave my mother, Bertha B. for the last months of her life I was very lucky to be recommended to your facility by L. B. There are so many people who were both helpful and kind. Beginning with Suzanne I was treated both professionally and warmly. I would like to especially thank those who cared for her on a daily basis; Megan, Nori Anna, Kedeisha, Pearl, Rita, and Mary. Your social worker, Carole, was just wonderful as well. If I left anyone out, I apologize. I also know that no facility runs well without the right supervisr. Alice was both excellent and receptive to anything I noticed. She doesn't miss a thing and really listens. She is a treasure! She and her assistant, Kim, do a fabulous job. I worked  closely with both Mr. Zwicks. They also were both helpful and kind while tending to business at hand. 

In addition to taking care of my mother every single person I've mentioned took very good care of me! Beach Terrace is a facility you can be proud of.

Thank you so much for inviting me to attend your planning meeting for my sister Arlene B. It was extremely helpful to communicate with the therapist, nurse, dietician, and social worker, among others. I left with a much better understanding of my sister's health problems, and of your many serious efforts to help her become healthier and more mobile. I was very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and proffesional and caring attitude of everyone.

I left feeling very confident that Arlene is in good hands hands. I can't thank you enough for all that you are doing.
